we are a fast-growing IT, electronic and digital marketing small company and because of company extension and improvement, we as of now have an opening for a IT and electronics technical assistant situated in our focal southern suburbs office. we are searching for a propelled individual to join our energetic customer services office. they will work nearby our customer services and marketing manager and technical group of professionals.
general duties:
- to attempt call checking consistently (inbound and outbound deals, administration and sales calls)
- handling requests from client about our services and sales deals calls
- able to diagnose, repair laptop/mac/ipad/tablets/pc.
may be required to contact our local or international partners and suppliers. - deal with our social media customer service to make sure our company stay on the top of customer focused service provider
- to partake in sales, customer support and sometimes going to the customer site when we have call out jobs.
- networking and cabling and setting up small to medium offices networking.
Vital Requirements:
- Involvement in a contact focus environment, ideally in a quality confirmation part
- Magnificent oral, composed and interpersonal relational abilities
- Remarkable listening and diagnostic aptitudes
- Transitional level of information/skill with PC equipment and programming (MS Office)
- Solid learning of client consideration procedures and methods
